Follow Ups are Recommended and Expected for all NEW Procedures.  Follow Ups are performed 6 Weeks after the Original Procedure to assure that the client has OBTAINED the color and design they desire.

Touch Ups are recommended for ALL  Procedures.  Touch Ups are performed within 12-16 Months after the Last Procedure to assure that the client RETAINS the color and design they desire.

 An additional fee will be added for Color Change or Design Change (Quoted before procedure).

At Permanent Cosmetics by Randy we believe the lips are a very sensual part of the woman's face.  A natural appearing color enhancement is what we try to achieve.  This way lipstick can be worn when a color change or a more dramatic look is desired, but the best part is that lipstick isn't needed to look great anytime.

Lips can be done in all one color or with more emphases on a darker liner.
